Navy started this season as favorites to win the American Athletic. Despite going to second team QB Jackson Guteirrez after losing Braxton Woodson to injury, the Mids took a 20-17 lead into the final period. UAB’s Bam McReynolds sped for 48 yards int he fourth to win it for UAB. They stan 1-0 in the UAB while Navy falls to 0-2. Line-play for Navy leads to too many sacks so far.
